Cancellation & Return Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

Any items marked down 20% or more, clearance items, and earrings are considered final sale 

at time of purchase.

RETURNS

Please email shelley@rancherdesigns.ca to initiate the return process.

• In the event an item does not fit as anticipated, we are happy to accept returns for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only if the item meets the following conditions:

• All returns must be sent back shipping cost pre-paid (customer is responsible for return shipping cost) and arrive back to Shelley Kudera Design Co within 14 days of initially receiving the product. Shelley Kudera Design Co will cover the cost of shipping back to you for EXCHANGES only.

• Returned product must be in NEW condition - items should be free of damage (holes, marks), perfumes, deodorant, other stains, and animal hair, and not be worn, washed or altered.

For hygienic reasons the following items are considered FINAL SALE at time of purchase;

• Earrings

• Scarves & Wild Rags

Any items discounted 20% or more are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

Any parcels returned to Shelley Kudera Design Co via ‘Return to Sender’ or mail refusal will be charged an additional shipping fee to have their parcel reshipped. If you do not want the parcel reshipped, a shipping charge will be deducted from your store credit. This is not applicable on any items that are considered final sale and no store credit will be given if an order is refused. 

Any returns from purchases made through Sezzle are subject to a 6% restocking fee.

Please note:

• Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Original shipping charges are non refundable

• Abuse of our return policy will result in loss of privileges and is at the sole discretion of Shelley Kudera Design Co

• Shelley Kudera Design Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We recommend parcel tracking when shipping returns to avoid any issues that could arise from items lost during transit.

Once a return or damaged item has been approved and has been received (if applicable), your store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days.  Any store credits will be provided via a gift code emailed to you for use on future purchases. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

With Returns for size exchange, a replacement will be sent, shipping paid by Shelley Kudera Design Co, and an updated tracking information provided via email at the time of shipping

INTERNATIONAL/USA RETURNS

We do not accept international returns at this time.
